Each attorney is qualified by advanced professionally accredited examination, is entered on the official UK Government Register for Trade Mark Agents, is a full Ordinary Member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, and has Professional Representative status before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs).

We believe that effective service means being kept fully up to date with statutory developments and case law, especially UK and European case law, and we therefore have a philosophy of attending and contributing to, as far as possible, means of professional development, such as case law write-ups for the Institute of Trade Mark Attorney's monthly professional Review.
